Enlargement of the Executive Board
Berlin, 3 March 2020 (17:22 CET/CEST) – During today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) resolved an enlargement of the Executive Board. Consequently, with immediate effect, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Arndt Krienen, Attorney and Member of the Board of Capstone Opportunities AG, Berlin, as an additional member of the Company’s Executive Board.
Mr. Krienen is equally experienced in the capital market and real estate property market. For example, he has occupied various leading management functions in listed real estate property companies including as CEO of the ADLER Real Estate AG and CEO of Westgrund AG.
