The Grounds Real Estate Development AG: Change in the Board
Berlin, 27 December 2017. Hon.-Prof. Andreas Steyer will leave the Board of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) with effect on 31 December 2017. Andreas Steyer has been a member of the Board of The Grounds since 01 September 2017 as the CEO of the company. His management contract is terminated by agreement with the Supervisory Board. From 1 January 2018 the Board of the company will consist of both members Eric Mozanowski and Hans Wittmann.
